Hello All!

     I'd like to echo Gaby's thoughts and give a big thumbs-up to Earl for his
thoroughness in his discussion about something so important and so
fundamental. Earl has been one person over the past year that I've seen who
truly has a passion about the sharing of knowledge, and not just on the
TechNet.

    I have been guilty at times of not coming back to the list to let everyone
know what the final resolution was to a problem or situation that I had asked
everyone about, and I promise from now on that I'll try to remember to do
that. For this list to be a real asset, just like Gaby and Earl said, we need
to truly share what we know.

I know there will be those that will not be as sharing fearing that they'll be
giving away some sort of "company secrets". We'll not be able to change that
basic human instinct of greed on this list, but we can try to make this the
kind of list that if you can't get an answer here, the answer doesn't exist...
