We need to buy some scrap boards (15-25 ) that are around 8"X5" ,give or
take 3-4 inches each way. They need to be populated with double sided
surface mount with a good amount of through hole. We are making some mock
fixtures and would like them all to be the same so we only design one
fixture. Any of you have some or know where I could get them? We're looking
for a price of $10 per board.

Hello Technetters,
A question about silk screening component artwork.  Has anyone ever heard of
silk-screening component art using multiple colors? I have been asked this
question and my response was that since it requires multiple processes that
it would probably add a lot of cost to the board.  How much does this
typically add to the cost of a PCB?  I realize that it is going to change
with volume, so lets say 10,000 per year.  Will a typical PCB manufacturer
even do this?  If so, what colors are available besides black and white?
