Hi Phil ( & the rest of you folks)

If you could help me back in return :
After ages doing all the separations possible ; I found :
The V groves unreliable in depth ; good enough for less complex work
Also ; the breaking of more complex boards is stressful ;
we've had some examples here of pads too close to pizza blades ;
and the "designer" shapes out of equation anyhow .

So we shear tabs now with a single hook blade ; struggling with time

The volume folks of depaneling odd shapes ( L ) ;
would you use a grid plates with shear ( supports & blades )
configuration reflecting the tab positions ;
or what is the single action tool ? ; that is for routed panel with tabs
.

Thanks a lot
