Give Troy Johnson or Don Miller at CR a call.  They can fax a generic quote
with almost no effort.

I estimated a budget of $135K for a complete install.
This would include sales tax, shipping, utilities installation, permits and
inspection, training, overtime and double time for contractors working on
the weekend, etc.
