Teo,
IPC-TM-650 2.3.34, Paragraph 6.2.1 reads:
Quantek,
PO Box 136,
Lyndhurst, NJ
07071
USA

(201) 935-4103 Note, I can't vouch for the area code as we seem to be
going through quite a spate of area code changes because of fax machines,
mobile phones and second lines for computers (keeps me employed! :) )

Note, this paper should be kept in the dark and keep your stock rotated if
you have more than one box.

You say: "the operator accidentally dumps water soluble flux into a
no clean flux bath" I hope you mean dumped! The easiest way to avoid
cross-contamination is to pick one flux and get rid of all the rest. This
works fine if all your packs can take a washing or all your parts will
solder with a no-clean flux. I can understand if you are making mil product
with old parts to satisfy an long standing contract how this might be
difficult. Second choice, if you have more than one line, is to dedicate
each machine to one flux and carefully segegrate storage. Of course this is
easier said than done. Good luck.
