The most non-destructive way I know of getting that info is to call the fab house and have them give you a
microsection of the boards they did destuctive testing on. They should have done some microsectioning of
your boards before they shipped them to you. They should have tested for layer spacings, hole plating, and
possibly soldermask adhesion. I've had some success with this in the past.
