In a recent JPCA News (their monthly periodical), they recently reported on
meetings with the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Chinese Printed Circuit
Associations, so I am sure that people at the JPCA have contacts for these
organizations.

Regarding circuit sales in these southeast Asian countries, by the way, both
