        You may want to look at the Orbotech system (714-545-6909 ask
for Jacob Fox).  I have had one in-house for a demo and it can handle
post reflow quite will.  It uses 10 fixed cameras and 18 fixed light
sources.  It takes up to 180 pictures of each component.  Even with this
system, there are locations such as leads on sockets that it cannot
'see'.  The programming is a bit cumbersome but it has extreme
flexibility which is essential for our contract manufacturing
environment.  Orbotech purchased an established AOI firm from Germany
called Schuh.  I have been very pleased with the system.  Their
documentation needs work but they have made up for it with outstanding
application engineers.
