Hey Tom,

Let's see if I'm first with more questions.
I think more data is needed prior to answering your questions.
What is your pot temp?
What is travel speed?
What is the profile for temp rise?
What is pad stack and distance between pads on bridged joints?
Is this a new design or has something else changed in your process?
Feel free to call if you would like.
Talk to ya soon.
