Subject: [TN] Solder Balls for BGA's

Anyone know of a source for replacement eutectic solder balls for BGA's?
I need 0.0295 inch dia balls (0.75 mm).

 Thanks,
 Jim Kittel >>

Hi Jim!

One other place you can check is Winslow Automation, they've got BGA
preforms and may have your pattern. Their phone number is: (408) 526-1213.
Believe you me, working with their preforms is a heck of a lot easier than
anything else I've tried using to re-ball BGA...and they're really reasonable
as far as price goes.

P.S. Giving a number to check whether or not a company has certain sized balls
brings fond memories of back when I was a kid creating
mischief...(GRIN).
Does anybody relate to this? This is the 90's style..(yer lyin' if ya'
say ya'
        don't...hehehe)

                      Ring, ring, ring..."Hello, Indium corporation..."
"Yes, I was wondering, do you have .75mm diameter balls?"
"You do? Well what sized jock strap do ya' wear? HAR!
HAR!" *..click..*
