Hi Lou,
Yes, it is possible to run that kind of current on a PCB.
I have not had the personal experience of designing it, but I
did work for a Power supply company for which that amount of
current was not unusual.
For more details you might want to contact the PCB designer(s) at
one of the following companies, they should be able to give you the
info that you need.

Question;
Do you think its possible to run 60 Amp traces on pcb board. What size
plated thru hole
would I need for a pin to carry that kinda current.
Whats the largest current anybody has used????
