In my book, that looks like a trace with a cross section somewhere around .025
square inches.  While it may be possible to design such a beast, I would be
very concerned whether one could successfully load and solder the board
without destroying it in the process.

I have, in the past, had fairly good success with some of the laminated bus
bars offered by several of the specialty shops.  These can be had for either
solder-on or bolt-on applications.  Custom designs are relatively inexpensive.
