Mark,
Ask your eng. if  the number of different PCB parts exceeds the number of parts feeders the P and P
machines have. If not, you don't have a problem.
Putting the same parts on the same side is a restriction I would not live with. It also lacks creativity.
Why not panelize the PCB so that the array has both primary and secondary PCB sides on the same panel array
side. One PCB in the array must be mirrored (assuming 2-up). This means both sides of the panel have the
same pattern. The paste stencil is the same for both sides of the panel, so is the CIM program and parts
feeders.
