Hi, Jim -
Two row connectors can lend themselves to elongated pads
on the stencil, putting more paste "in play".
You're not alone, this style (fine pitch through-hole) can
raise havoc in fabrication and EMI as well, if not properly
anticipated/accomodated in design.
