Chris,
  There is not a way to get higher resolution than 640x480 under NT at this
time.  The PCAD user group has around and around on this issue. A driver
does not exist at this time. The PCAD vesa driver is not NT compliant.

 PCAD Master Designer is a dead product. The updates stop at ver 8.7!
