It might help to say what CAD system you need libraries for. Do you just
need footprint dimensions and you build them yourself, or do you mean
ready-to-use libraries for your system?
And maybe I'm missing something but QFP128's are fairly easy to place with
today's technology, maybe you should question your vendor about their
requests.

Subject: CAD Part Libraries
Hello,
I have an interest in purchasing a CAD Library. Is there
anybody besides
SMT Plus selling libraries, I would like to compare pricing
and content.
2nd, how are the libraries you might have purchased measured
up to DFM
type content? For example, I am in contact with an assembly
outfit that
wants 3 fiducials for a qfp128, center and 2 corners.
Another idea I am
interested in is if wave flow patterns are supplied such as
an soic-16
with robber pads.
TIA for any experiences conveyed.
