Reggie,
    I've had good luck with a company called SP Precision out in Oregon as a
supplier of wave solder pallets.  They seem to have some process knowledge
and are good about quick turn protos.  I didn't think Insulfab sold finished
pallets.  I've spoken to them as a material supplier before.  If you'd like
