Hiya Phil,

1. Yes, all PCAs are panelized for assembly.
2. Pizza Cutter
3. Prior to converting everything to wheel-cut we did both
cookie-cut/tab and cookie-cut/v-groove.
    We threw away a lot of completed assemblies due to damage caused
during separation.
4. We do HIGH volume consumer electronics using mostly FR-4 in Asia.
