Hello All,

I am posting this on behalf of my friend.

I have seen lot of Dross formation every time I power ON the Wave
soldering machine. Though I use dross reducing powder, still lot of
dross gets formed. What are all the Major factors affecting this ?
If it is Solder impurities , what are those ?
How do I control this Excessive dross formation ?

{ Every time I need to add lots of fresh solder bar to maintain the
solder level in the solde bath. )
