WE ARE USING A LPISM AND HAVE PASSED BOARDS TWICE THRU THE DEVELOPER
ie MADE SURE THERE IS NO MASK LEFT ON THE PADS
PRE CLEANER IS FERRIC HLORIDE WITH HYDOCHLORIC AND PHOSPHORIC ACID
please note the bottom side is ok .It is the top side which has the problem
