Address,
I'm using a local facility to inspect, via X-ray, 4 BGAs types. Three
(3) are PBGA and are easily viewed at 35 Kv. I can not view the 4th
package at 35Kv due to the package (basically a heatsink). Is it
possible to view through this package if at 90+Kv or does it not
matter due to the package?
Also, what are standard or the recommended Kv to use when X-raying BGA
packages? Please advise.
John Gulley
