Interesting idea, isin't it.
I have just begun this evaluation having installed a dozen or so of these
fingers on an Electrovert Econopac about three weeks ago.  So far the
results are very positive with no breakage, deformation or distortion.  The
finger cleaner also seems more effective but this benefit may evaporate as
the fingers age.  I will convert one wave solder machine over to polymer
fingers as soon as I can get them in.

I would be interested in corresponding with anyone who has tried
glass-reinforced polymer conveyor fingers (replacement for Ti) in a
wavesolder application.

A local company called JAFCO is offering these. Actual experience is what I
want to know about; I have an infinite supply of speculative opinions here.
