Technetters,

I am using Dosmatic (Advantage) water driven proportional pumps to dose
most of my diluted chemistries around the innerlayer departments. I
have acid and alkaline solutions at 10% or less, including developer,
stripper, and cleaning solutions. When the pumps are dialed in, they
work great, but every-so-often, without warning, I have problems of
misproportioned mixing. It truly is a great idea, but was wondering if
there are any other ideas on how to autodose without headaches? PLC
types are standard. Thanks.
