We examined boards under magnification upon setting up the cleaning process.  We
utilize an automatic cleaner - as we do for stencil cleaning.  We do not permit
hand cleaning of misprints.  Smartsonics, or ultrasonics are utilized with
Armakleen E-2001SC.   Visual inspection is performed after cleaning.

Does anyone have a formal visual inspection step for misprinted boards
after they have been cleaned?  What do you look for?  Are any remaining
solderballs unacceptable?  Is there an IPC spec or any other type of spec
that details what to look for in such boards?

Any comments, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
