*Hellow there..

I'm working for ROUTING(PCB manufacture)
The PCB user wants the special routing tolerance;+/-3mil(+/-0.076mm)
We should meet the +/-3mil routing tolerance.

And we cannot use only one or two of the routing spindle.
We have the 4-spindle and 2-table CNC routing M/C.
We should use all of the 4-spindle in 1 cycle for productivity

Usually we do route as blow
1.routing stack:3stack
2.routing feed:1.2meter/minute
3.routing RPM(rotation per minute):27000
4.routing bit:2.0mm bit for +/-5mil tolerance
5.PCB thickness:1.27 mm

You can help me like this to meet the +/-3mil tolerance
1.correcting the routing stack by 1 or 2stack
2.changing the routing feed and RPM higher or lower
3.using the special routing bit for the special tolerance
4.changing the CNC routing data(memory)

***please teach me what should i do for the +/-3mil routing tolerance***

your quick respose will be helpful
I'd appreciate any references to relevant literatute also.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
