Try  the following :

IPC-D-249     Design std. fot single & double-sided
                        printed boards
IPC-D-330     Design guide manual (Section 7)

I also suggest that you buy,  if still available,  "Printed
Circuits Design" by Mr.Gerald L. Ginsberg.  This book is like a
bible to me.  Also I think there is a website for this. (Sorry I
forgot)  I hope these standards and book can help you in your
research.
