Ives ; easy to agree with you on this one ;
my first question would be how is the mysterious numero 3 arrived to :
statistically validated ? = impaired bards from field ?
cost validated ? = exceeds scrap value ? ; etc.
If you'll get no logic behind the No plucked from air ;
I'd feel no obligations to be comfortable with it neither .
Considering each case variations ; sounds like a managerial broad brush
in action .
Don't let the turkeys get you = each case should be considered on it's
merits .
