Ed,

Just a cautionary note for consideration. You state that you applied a skirt
to the machine along with modifications to the exit and enclosure.

I am sure you have made all the necessary calculations but for the sake of
other readers, please be careful to ensure that the blowers have enough air
to breathe and perform optimally, otherwise you will drastically shorten
their life and could potentially cause overheating which could lead to a
fire risk.

If the system is poly rather than steel, then the noise issues are reduced.
