Hi All -

Here's a real good one for you hi-rel and severe environment Techies:

Recently we have started to see government sector customer requirements for
Parylene conformal coating when plastic bodied integrated circuits, ASICS,
etc., are to be used. Is anyone aware of any comprehensive testing which may
have been performed to show that Parylene, or any other coating for that
matter, will improve operational reliability of plastic bodied parts in severe
environments?

If such testing has been performed, who do I contact to learn the facts?

Regards - Kelly
