For those of you who do not know where Syracuse is, it is in warm and sunny
central New York.

The PCB Design dept at Philips Broadband Networks, Inc is interested in the
formation of a local DC chapter to expand our skills and knowledge. The
group is also in the early stages of obtaining IPC Designer certification.

If you have an interest in being part of this chapter, please contact me at
the address below. If the response looks promising we will schedule a
meeting with Gary Ferrari, Mgr, IPC designer Council. Please pass this
message on to anyone you think may be interested. The more cross functional
our membership, design, engineering, fabrication and assembly the better.

Thanks,
John Tafe
