Hi,

If you do not find what you are looking for, have a check with Orbotech.
Coming back from the Orbotech's Executive Meeting in Tel Aviv, it is most
likely that they now have an AOI machine capable of doing your task.
You should contact Orbotech and ask for their special BGA machine...
In your case, it would be something slitly different but within their
reach...
