Hopefully somebody can help me on this. In a recent
IPC newsletter, reference was made to a second draft
of a proposed EU Directive banning both lead and
halogenated fire retardants, from Jan 1st 2004.

Is anybody aware of this draft? If so, can you let me
know where I can find a copy, please? This could
require substantial material changes by component
suppliers, if it is passed into law.
