Please look at p. 851 of 1996 and p. 741 and p. 759 of 1998. Should follow
thur and call the authors since they said more than in the Proceedings.
Please let me know if this is sufficient. Pulse plating produces lots of
papers that are emperial in nature.

I have searched the proceedings of Surfin-98 and have not been able to
find such a reference. Could ypu help with the reference to a particular
paper?
I do have more than a passing interest in this subject.
