Hello all,
I am looking for any information on ceramic PCB's.
Manufacturers, cost vs. FR-4, suggestions, CAUTIONS, etc.
My application is a high voltage power driver that dissipates
A LOT of power. I am looking to mount the driver on a surf
board. This surf board is what I am interested in making
ceramic instead of FR-4. Any suggestions are greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe
