Hi Brian,

I would suggest that you get in touch with your supplier / manufacturer of PCB's, to ascertain the build-up of their multilayer configuration. For a 1,6mm thick multilayer PCB I can already think of 5 configurations of build-up ( prepeg, copper, FR4).

Kind regards, Dieter

Subject: [TN] (fab) Specify Multilayer Build

     Hi technet readers,

What details are required when specifying the inner layer build of a
typical 4 layer multi (0.062" thick)?
If you state "make me a 4 layer board" what would you expect to
     receive?

     Best regards,
     Brian Gaynor
