Hi,

We are looking into the use of uBGA's (0.8mm pitch). Currently we are
developing a test board to trial the placement / soldering etc of these
uBGA's

Does anyone have any suggestions on what are the best surface
finishes, (or ones to definitely steer clear of)?

Also any suggestions for some features we should place on the test
board which could be useful for this test?

This is our first attempt with BGA's so any advice will be much
appreciated.
