Yes,

We always have had problems with UL.  The solution if your end customer will accept it is to use another
Nationally Recognized Test Lab like ETL.  We cannot because our end user is major retailers and many of
them are still insisting on UL marks for electrical products although they will sell phone products with
ETL certs.

UL is as big and bloated as the government let them get.  Now that we have choices, it will be interesting
to see if UL can compete in the future.
