Hello Bruce!

      You might check with a company called Six Sigma here in "Silly-con
Valley" at (408) 526-1350. They do lead re-conditioning, pre-tinning, and the
like...I know they do QFP's, probably do IC's too. They do a good job, I've
used them before...
