I can't help you too much with the assembly questions, and would
concur with Steve's recommendation to contact Rogers. I can help with
the board fab end of things as we are a supplier of Teflon multilayer
PCB's. I might note, also that the Rogers 4003 material referenced in
Steve's response is not Teflon. It is a ceramic filled hydrocarbon
that has some of the electrical properties of Teflon but processes
more like an FR-4. The reason I state that is that many fabricators
can process the 4000 series materials, but they may be able to process
     the true PTFE's.

Feel free to contact me offline for more info.

I would suggest trying http://www.rogers-corp.com/ This is the homepage
for Rogers Corporation, a fabricator of teflon materials along with other
high frequency substrate materials used in PCB fabrication. Westak is
one fabricator that I know of whom provides substrates and PCB's with the
Rogers 4003 teflon. Hope this helps.

Subject: [TN] Teflon Board Assembly

Is there a good source of information available such as white paper or
book or
articles that explains do's and don't of Teflon board assembly and
repair
processes.
Also, could anyone recommend two to three good Teflon board suppliers.
Would appreciate it very much.
