Hi Doug,

        Like you I would think of ICT as In Circuit Test, but that does not
usually apply to bare boards. If, however you are looking for IST, that is
Interconnect Stress Test and is a power cycling thermal stress test.  That is
done by a Canadian company called PWB Solutions-- contact Bill Birch at
(613)828-6340.
This is an excellent bare board reliability test that can verify post
separation or barrel failures utilizing a small coupon ( ca. .75" x 5" ). There
is a correlation to the Mil-T cycle of -65 deg. C to +125 deg. C.
