The Lab you have in mind is Microtek and their web site is
Http://www.thetestlab.com I had a CD Rom from them. Also you
can go to the DSCC website and down load the specification they
are responsible for http://fcim.dscc.dla.mil/. These are the ones
related to Printed Wiring MIL-PRF-31032 as an example.
