Question for all you TechNetters

Does the intensity of the X-Ray radiation found in X-Ray
inspection machines as used on PEC assembly lines cause any short
or longterm effects within the structure of  GaAs components eg.
LNAs, switches, attenuators and phase shifters operating in the
region of 3 GHz and at power levels of a few mW?
                Are there any known effects on the PEC components
in common use?
