We use Dynacircuits outside of Chicago and I went to their web page on an
unrelated item and happened
across sealbrite listed as a coating still available under their
capabilities section.  You can go to
www.dynacircuits.com for further info on how to contact them.  I don't know
for sure they still have this
as an option but since it was used in cost sensitive markets and they make
single and double sided boards,
they may be able to steer you towards something.
