IPC-2511, GenCAM (the universal format for electronic description of boards,
assemblies, and testing information), is now available for download at
www.GenCAM.org/docs/2511.

Due to technical changes that were made on the 1st and 2nd Interim Finals, our ANSI
procedures require us to circulate a 3rd Interim Final for vote prior to official
publication. We are, however, confident that this version has taken full
consideration of any comments that were made on previous versions and anticipate that
the 3rd Interim Final will be approved by the committee.

Even though the GenCAM.org website is still under construction, we are posting the
IPC-2511 (in .pdf) for distribution due to the great demand for the document.
