Howard,

Please feel free to try my company, Polyclad, as we have a Resin coated
copper foil, PCL-450. This can be supplied as a 12, 18 uM foil, with a
range of the two stage coating thicknesses. It can be processed by laser
amongst other micro-via creation methods
