· Opto-microelectronics for High Speed Systems
· Automotive, Computer, Telecommunications, Space and Defence
Applications
The conference will explore the role of the microelectronics society
as a responsible provider of tomorrow's technologies. We welcome
papers describing Solutions that are in Harmony with the Environment
Plus the traditional microelectronics packaging and interconnection
fields on: Materials · Technologies · Design · Fabrication · Process
Control · Test · Reliability.
Proposals by leaders in the field for short courses on commercially
popular topics, are also invited. Please send us your proposal.
The Conference Language is English. We will be pleased to receive a
500 Word Abstract describing the novelty, purpose, method and outcome
of your work. Accepted papers will be required in full for publication
as a Word 6.0 document file on diskette. Please send your Abstract
early (deadline 27 October 1998) together with your full name,
affiliation, 'phone, fax and email numbers (you may find it convenient
to use the fax-back form overleaf) to:
