Bev: Regarding your practice of specifying cleanliness requirements of
your component suppliers:

1 How do you notify your supplier of the requirement? How do they
respond?
2 How do you screen your suppliers deliveries? what rate do you sample
at?
3 What kind of in-coming tests do you run? Are the tested component
are "sarificed?"
4 What kind of receiving history do have? Are there suppliers /
components that do better than others?
