Steve,
Are we talking about rework for PTH or SMT or both?  Is this no-clean, OA or
RMA type chemistry?  Are you talking about cored wire, solder paste, liquid
flux, paste flux or all of the above?  What is(are) the solvent(s) your
operators use?  If it is no-clean, do they really need to clean at all after
the rework?  Is their hand cleaning that bad or is it a result of the flux,
solvent or combination you are using?
