Hello Eric,

Thought I would add a point as well to this discussion. We make CSPs using
flex circuit materials and one of the qualification tests the devices must
pass is the steam autoclave test ...121 deg C for 168 hours. The other
folks have aready pointed out potential hazzards which you would be wise to
consider but if the materials set is correct and construction is good, I
would think you could get by for 30 minutes. It's a question of number of
uses. I would also point out that there are a number fo flex circuit
designs being used in electrophysiology studies for mapping of never
networks inside of the heart chambers and invasive ultrasound probes with
apparent success. Still I would do some testing to verify your results as I
am sure you will.
