I'm interested in building prototypes of boards with hole position and
location tolerances as close to zero as possible - hopefully within +/- 1
mil. The boards are 0.062" double sided with 0.040" FHS plated holes, and
they're 2 x 8 inches in overall size.

Is there any special way to go about doing this? Is it possible within the
constraints of standard PWB manufacturing procedures and tolerances?

Thanks for the help,

Matt
